Where will napwell ship to? TOP
We will ship to anywhere in Canada and the USA.
We use Canada Post for orders within Canada. For USA orders we will contact you to make additional arrangements for shipping, handling and duty.
Are all items exactly as seen in the photo? TOP
Because all of our items are handmade the colours and patterns can not be exact. They will be matched to the best of our ability but please take into consideration that anything handmade is never exactly the same. Please note that the measurements on items are approximate. Because of the nature of these items the measurements may vary slightly.

What is your policy for returns? TOP
We stand behind our products.
If a problem occurs with the item, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve it.
If an item arrives in a damaged or defective state, please contact us within 3 days of receipt by email or phone, then return it within 10 days of receipt.
When we receive the item, we will send you another one free of charge. We will also pay the return postage on the damaged or defective item.
If you don't like the product that you bought for any reason, please contact us within 3 days of receipt by email or phone, then return it within 10 days of receipt. You will receive a full refund when we receive the item. Return shipping is buyer's responsibility.
All items must be returned in clean, unwashed, and undamaged condition.

How long will it take to receive my order? TOP
Shipping time frames are based on the inventory we have at the time of order. We ship out based on a first-in first-out system. If an item is out of stock, we will advise you when you can expect delivery. We usually can ship products in 2 days from order.

We process all of our payments through a SSL Secured Checkout powered by Paypal.
